The Glass Artisans Guild of Poland

The Glass Artisans Guild of Poland is an association of seasoned artisans whose ambition is to preserve and promote the centuries-old art of handcrafted glass ornaments.

It brings together sculptors, glass blowers and painters -- all of whom have been honing their craft for a decade or longer. Many were around in the days when glass ornaments were most often associated with simple shapes like apples, acorns and icicles. Over time and through the development of new technologies, glass blowing has evolved to encompass a variety of complex shapes and sizes. Indeed, this is what our artisans love the most – pushing the envelope of the glass medium to achieve new and innovative designs.

The Guild was founded in 2023 by two family-owned ornament manufacturers based in Poland: “Dom Bańki” who market their artisans designs under the name “Metzler Bros.” and “GlitterLab” who market original works under their factory name.
