Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Travis Collis Design's.  The following are the terms and and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

With pre-orders shipping is dependent on when the merchandise will be available from the manufactures.  Our goal is to ship your orders within 10 business days of the inventory arriving at our warehouse.  Orders are usually not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery,  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your zip code and displayed at checkout.  Larger items may be at a flat rate as they will need to be shipped by truck due to size and weight.  This will also be displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes and the US

Travis Collis Design's ships to all addresses within the U.S.  Travis Collis Designs will not ship to PO Boxes.  If you use that for your shipping address, we will contact you for an alternate shipping option.     We will contact you if we need an actual address to ship to.   

International Shipping Policy

International Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Travis Collis Designs is not responsible for any packages held by international custom agencies and is not the responsibility of Travis Collis Designs to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. 

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase.  Travis Collis Designs is not responsible for this payment.  Your packages may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.  

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.  Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.  Travis Collis Designs may opt for alternate shipping options.  If this is the case you will be contacted prior to the delivery of your items.
