Thank you for visiting and shopping at Travis Collis Design's. The following are the terms and and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We make every effort to calculate shipping charges as accurately as possible at the time your order is placed. However, certain orders—particularly those containing oversized, heavy, bulky, fragile, or unusually shaped items—may require additional shipping costs that cannot always be accurately determined by our online checkout system.
Shipping charges are based on the actual cost charged by the carrier, including applicable dimensional weight, package size, weight, destination, and other carrier-related fees.
If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount originally charged at checkout, we will contact you before your order is shipped to request payment of the difference. Your order may be placed on hold until the additional shipping charge has been paid and confirmed.
We do not use shipping adjustments as an additional source of profit. Customers are charged only for the actual shipping costs necessary to safely package and deliver their order. This is especially important for large or heavy packages, where carrier rates can increase substantially due to dimensional weight or oversized-package charges.
We understand that unexpected shipping adjustments can be inconvenient, and we will always make every reasonable effort to identify accurate shipping costs before contacting you. When an adjustment is necessary, we will clearly communicate the additional amount and the reason for the charge.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the shipping amount displayed at checkout is an estimate and that an additional shipping charge may be required when the actual carrier cost is higher than the amount originally collected.
Our priority is to package your items carefully and securely while charging you only what is necessary to get your order to you safely.
Shipment processing time
With pre-orders shipping is dependent on when the merchandise will be available from the manufactures. Our goal is to ship your orders within 10 business days of the inventory arriving at our warehouse. Orders are usually not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery, If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your zip code and displayed at checkout.
MacKenzie Childs, Decor, and Home Accessories are more difficult - based on weight, size, and fragility! We will do our best to give an accurate shippinng estimate but please expect us to contact you regarding exact shipping cost depending on the item!
Larger items may be at a flat rate as they will need to be shipped by truck due to size and weight. This will also be displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes and the US
Travis Collis Design's ships to all addresses within the U.S. Travis Collis Designs will not ship to PO Boxes. If you use that for your shipping address, we will contact you for an alternate shipping option. We will contact you if we need an actual address to ship to.
International Shipping Policy

International Customs
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Travis Collis Designs is not responsible for any packages held by international custom agencies and is not the responsibility of Travis Collis Designs to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Travis Collis Designs is not responsible for this payment. Your packages may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. Travis Collis Designs may opt for alternate shipping options. If this is the case you will be contacted prior to the delivery of your items.
